􀂄 DTH player Dish TV unveiled a new brand logo and TV
commercials featuring brand ambassador Shahrukh Khan
as part of its Rs 30-crore brand restructuring plan. - BS

􀂄 Bharat Forge has formed a joint venture with Alstom to
manufacture power equipment and the JV will invest Rs
2,400 crore to set up a plant at Mundra in Gujarat. - BS

􀂄 JSW Steel said its crude steel production more than doubled
to 4.80 lakh tonnes in November. - BS

􀂄 Piramal Healthcare stated that its board has approved the
raising of funds up to Rs 1,000 crore through the issue of
securities.

􀂄 ONGC and ONGC Videsh (OVL), the overseas investment
arm of ONGC, in association with the Hinduja Group and
Petronet LNG, have entered into two broad enabling
agreements with Iranian authorities for participation in
development of gas fields and liquefaction facilities in Iran,
in return for assured minimum six million tonnes a year of
LNG on long-term basis. - BS
